The postman's just been and delivered a box from npower with two of them in. Nice idea but that's about six I've been sent now. Unfortunately all our lights are screw in halogen jobbies. I'm not changing all the lighting to accomodate a few long life bulbs.

Anyone want some energy saving bulbs? They last 10 years apparently...

Im not surprised they last 10 years when they make your house as dingy as something out of a D H Lawrence novel

ESLB's are pants, they take fucking ages to come on by which time I have tripped over one of the dogs toys and broken my neck... whoever invented them should be connected up to the mains and electricuted...  Also, they may use less electricty but are fucking dangerous is you break one... 'in case od breakage evacuate the immediate area and where protective clothing during disposal...'

Yep that worked. 60 years of an outside light solved. I'm a bit more concerned that Birdy came home from work and found me asleep with my pants round my ankles next to a bit of tissue. My cock is broken so not quite sure how to explain that one. Is that too much info even for this forum?
