For some reason, i no longer seem to have a working version of this... any website with video that requires it insists i go to the Adobe website and install it. I do this, and it confirms the install, yet every video website is still adamant that i don't have it. Any ideas?

Try doing the manual installation rather than using the online downloader.....try this link

Sorted... my Googling improved and i'm all sorted now. Had to download Flash player uninstall program, and then reinstall the newest version.

Might as well delete this now!
