Mine's Jacob's Cream Cracker, but I also like peppery water biscuits.
Celery flavoured ones are tasty....also the puff pastry type. What about crispbreads?

Not a fan of crispbreads with cheese, however they are nice with peanut butter, as long as you have a pint of liquid handy.
