As the topic of atmosphere (or lack of at the CG) is hot right now and a lot of people put fans moving from the townend as a contributing factor, I thought it would be interesting to see what proportion of the TEF sits where and where they sat last year.
Answer away, add you own opinions on the matter if you wish - the poll will obviously not be able to deal with whether the move caused things directly or whether it can fix the atmosphere by another move, but it will give a clearer picture about the proportions that did move.
My personal opinion is that the move did cause a lack of atmosphere to begin with but a move back will not repair it alone. I think there is also a case for getting the atmosphere going all around the ground - why should it be limited to the smallest stand?

A lot of it's tradition.
Traditionally, if people want to chant and sing they go in the Townend. You don't get that in the Arkells or DRS (Apart from chav corner)
When I first started going it was the same, although the Shrivvy Rd was very vocal as well (being a terrace helped) The Arkells was the morgue, and still is.
There's no option on your shit poll for not moved.

I sat in the Don Rogers last season and I sit in the same seat this season.
I think people have moved out of the Town End and that has effected the atmosphere, however I still people are looking back on last seasons atmosphere a bit too favourable.
Apart from a couple of games here and there the Town End (...and the County Ground as a whole) hasnt had a decent, loud atmosphere since Andy King was here.
There are obvious expections (like the Mansfield and Walsall games) but then everyone can make the effort when you're getting promoted.
Our lack of atmosphere runs deeper than 'people have moved stands'

Aldershot in the paint pot, Hereford in the league, there's been a few. Orient was atmospheric, but only caused by the away fans

That argument has never come into the equation so I missed the option (accidentally). I will edit it.

Ive had season ticket last three seasons (used to just get my tickets on the day but got bored)
1st Season: Got a cheapo student priced season ticket in DRS
2nd Season: Couldn't get away with that again so moved to Townend. Got to say, although the view isn't as good, there were some brilliant games that were made better by the atmosphere (Swansea at home was quality)
3rd Season: Moved back to DRS - purely because it seemed stupid to be paying the same amount of money for either a seat in TE and DRS....so i got a ticket on the halfway line, four rows from the back.
Ifs its significantly cheaper in Townend next year, ill move back again.

Town End last season Town End this. Always for the tradition and atmosphere (when there is some) never the view !. Stood on the Stratton Bank and Shrivvy Rd over the years and sat in DRS/Intel too and none match the TE when packed and in full voice !
