Anyone ever drank this stuff?  Had bottle the other night and thought it was pish, although it was probably cheap crap.  It was only 15% and I thought it would be much more than that.  Heated it up and all but it still had no real taste.

yeah i won some as a booby prize, felt ill when i tried it, the only way to get rid of it is to put in a stir fry!

I think it's quite nice! My old housemate bought a bottle back from Japan after he had been on a business trip... tasted quite nice once it had been warmed up. Maybe he had bought a decent bottle, but I wouldn't have a clue about different types of Sake.

iven a level playing field (i.e. enough water so a shark could manouevre, but not so deep that a bear would flounder) who would win in a fight between a bear and a shark?

I think it was about 14% - it's only a type of wine after all, so I doubt you would get much stronger
