At one stage approx 1000 - the last I heard this had reduced to about 400 but that was a couple of weeks ago. Today's crowd was pretty good considering everythnig.

Well, that was bloody awful. It's the same (or at least) similar shit, week in, week out. It almost feels pointless to say "we need someone in sharpish" because I've said it for the last 3 weeks. Yeovil must be over joyed to have come here and barely mustered much attack and gotten 3 goals and 3 points! We're a joke.

I think Fitton is coming in for some unjustified stick here. He's not helped himself but doesn't deserve the stick he's getting. He was there today and must have felt like compromising his principles every one of the 90 minutes.
For the second home match running that was real relegation fodder from both teams. Yeovil were even worse than Carlisle and yet we managed to be even worse.
Phil Smith needs removing now - yet another flap and yet another goal. Every time he goes near the ball everyone has kittens. I'd get a loan keeper in. If Brez got back in we'd all be waiting for him to fuck up.
The defence collectively fucked up just about everything they touched. Every time Yeovil attacked they looked like scoring or should I say, we looked like conceding.
The midfield was a woeful mess. Easton was anonymous as he has been when he's played this season.
Even the attack today were shite. That has to be Cox's worse game for us.
Tactically we were shite, particularly when we were chasing the game.
I couldn't pick a MOM today althuogh I'd probably give it to Timlin
That was a complete crock of shit and a new manager will not be able to wave a magic wand over this bunch of useless, talentless ,apathetic cunts.

Who's fault is it if it is not Mr Fittons, he employed Malpas and he kept him on to long and now we have wasted 5 weeks looking for a manager. I am afraid it is all his own doing, I just hope he sees sense on Monday and gets on the phone to Danny Wilson and offers him the job there and then , now is not the time for another experiment of a manager. As I said before we will always be eternally gratefull for him saving the club but he did not do it out of the kindness of his heart he is a business man and he will be looking for a return somewhere along the line and anybody who thinks different is deluded. I just hope he realises that if we go down then he will be lucky to get 2000 ST let alone 6000. Like you say he was there today and that was probably a good thing because hopefully after watching that he realises that he needs to act now .

The only stick Fitton is getting is about the recent managerial appointment his team have worked wonders and the club is certainly going forward off the pitch, however it has gone backwards on it.

I once gave Brian Howard a -3 and the rest of the team 0s then everyone kept asking me why I claimed Howard was the worst player on the pitch but gave him the highest rating of a 3.

Where the **** are:

Casal

Amankwa

Kanyuka

Malpas signed 'em and they don't play.  Two players are preferred ahead of Casal at left back and he cost money.

Amankwaah and Kanyuka seemed to have disappeared.

Were Malpas (Byrne) worse than Todd?

OK, tell me straight. Was it really that bad? I listened to the commentary (and granted its not the best source to judge from), but it sounded to me that we outplayed Yeovil, created an array of chances (which we failed to profit from) and were undone by poor defensive errors. That's a very different picture to what those at the game are painting.

I'm not trying to shit stir, just curious.

We were poor, Yeovil were poorer. An all round bad game. We had two shots on target and scored two. Up until their three goals, Yeovil only had two shots on target.

In a way your right, but although we may have created more it was still shit just a bit better than their shit.

the worst part was, it was like watching your favourite film. You knew exactly what was going to happen.

Second half we pulled it back to 2-2 we were the only side in it, we were creating some good chances to a neutral it would have looked like there was only one winner.

To a Swindon Town fan is was clear as anything that Yeovil would go down the other end create one half chance, score from it and win the game.

When we are on top we dont take enough of our chances and when we're on the back foot we give away too many chances.

We can have all the possesion and create 100 chances a game to the other teams 1 and we'd still somehow draw 2-2

Its true that we created chances-one superb cross by McNamee was asking to be headed in by Cox,Timlin had a superb chance just after we equalised and Cox headed over from 0 yards.Once again, however all the goals conceded were errors and thats what makes people paint a bad picture. The substitutions only made us look more ragged and shapeless,MacNamee, frustrating at times, remains the one player that can create something from nothing and in my opinion should never have been brought off- a straight swap Corr for Peacock would have been my choice then we might have kept the shape that actually was creating chances. We just looked a disorientated rabble in the last 20.Morrison getting MOM was a joke-I thought Kennedy was the pick of ourdefenders(not great praise I know) and Timlin the best midfielder.Cox had the worst game Ive seen him play and Peacock is neither sharp enough nor quick enough to play up front.I hope some people will appreciate Paynter a bit more now-Cox missed him I reckon.By the way Corr looked nowhere near ready

Fair points all. I must confessed I was a little shocked to hear Morrison was "mom" when it was pretty evident he was culpable for their 2nd goal.

Anyone who puts their arm up for offside and then stops whilst their player runs through and scores should not get man of the match!

Fitton picks his man backs him to the hilt and sacks him if he's shit. He's done all of this. We're all frustrated its taking longer than we'd all like. My guess is that Fitton is being ultra careful and that as on paper we're rich and he wants someone in employment, they're asking full wack. He's probably going to have to compromise his principles somewhere along the way.
Also Fitton doesn't kick a ball. We just happen to have a bunch of worthless, bottlers and cunts who try to.
We either need to churn the whole fucking team or find a bloody good coach. Even Wenger would struggle with this lot.
