The next few games are very important for our existence this season.

Manager aside, we need to get behind the side on Saturday, we did it against Oldham, Northampton and brought the side from brink of defeat against Leicester to draw.

I for one will be a happy clapper on Saturday, and will sing from the off, and it doesn't take that many of us in the DR Stand to get the rest going, the players will respond to our chants.

So from the off after the initial give me an S from the Town End ... we need a Come On You Reds ....

Yours Happy Clapper

I thought happy clapping was the "yay for us/Hurrah/Let's put up some flags and throw some silly string or ticket tape about" stuff.

I thought you were supposed to chant/sing at a football match?

The CG is like a morge this season, I've never known the ground so quiet in all the years I've supported the Town
If we have 100 Teffers shouting the rest will follow that is the point I'm trying to make.
The rest will follow if we shout loud enough.

I get the point, agree with it....but it isnt going to happen.

The only way we will the crowd will bring anything to the game Saturday is if, the new manager is appointed, introduced on the pitch and he is someone the large majority of the crowd will favour.

Ok. As long as we all go in the middle of the town end I'll do it.

Happy clappy clap clap. I'll try, but it might be easier to get blood out of a stone than getting some of the local RS residents singing.

The atmosphere has been ok on some occasions in the DR this season and definitely something that can be built on.
