Time for a new manager me thinks

Carlisle have been in awful form recently and yet we can only pick up 1 point at home against them.

I'd say the next 5 games could make or break our season.  4 of the games are against teams in a similar position to us in the league.

New manager will breathe new confidence into players which hopefully should push us up the league
