Death Predictions 2009, Predictions please.

10 Predictions Each.

If one of your predictions died. Well Done! The amount of points you get depends on their age. You get a point for how long they've got until they would have hit 100. So 100 - [age at death] points. A Rachel Stevens is worth 5 Christopher Lee's.

Don't go predicting loads of people with terminal illnesses though. You'll only get a tenth of the points. Of course you only get this penalty if the illness is known about before the new year. This includes stuff like being held hostage, being a political prisoner in a dodgy nation, on death row etc. My decision is final.

They have to die in 2009! If someone on your lists doesn't make it to the new year then  PM me and change them for someone else. Bit unlucky, but you'll get no points for '08 deaths.

If anybody is found to be involved in the deaths of somebody on their  list then they'll be banned from the game

You can make as many alterations, swaps, changes to your list until the clock turns over into '09, Just PM me. After that your lists are final.

PM me your lists, don't post them in here. Everybody's lists will stay secret until '09 when I'll post them all up here and we can check along together and admire each others top ideas. Fun Times.

It's up to you how you want to balance your lists. You can go for 10 unlikely youngsters in the hope of hitting the jackpot, or more likely oldies, or even a a guaranteed few points from terminals. Do what you want.

midnight December 31st. You can make any changes, additions and subtractions to your list up until the clock starts going and everybody's off trying to bump into that fit bird they were chatting to in the hope of a snog.

Once 2009 starts the predictions go live.

Does that mean that if you pick 10 people over 100 then you can end on minus points?

E.g. Harry Patch (the last Tommy) who is 110 technically you will get -10 points?
