I used to think Spacey was funny. I met him in the Merlin once at it shattered my illusion of him. Turns out he's an unfunny, scruffy twat.
I've never thought Ben was funny. I've met him loads of times in the Merlin and he's an unfunny, scruffy twat.

While Monkhouse may not be (Or have been, as he's dead) fashionable, he was the best in the business for thinking on his feet and was well known for doing shows completely around audience suggestions (Long before improv shows like What's My Line.) The bloke had a career that spanned over half a century: Acting, stand-up and writing for other comedians and TV shows. He also wrote a fair bit of porn (Which makes him a top bloke in my eyes!) Whether you liked him or not, the man was a comedy genius. |
