St Josephs, i went to school with Mildy
Mildy played in the same youth team as my son - Pinehurst! He came to us as a centre back, all legs and no football brain. Keeper never turned up one week, Mildy volunteered to go in goal - and the rest, as they say, is history!

Yeah he fancied himself outfied, very nearly joined villa at a younger age irc. Very badly treated by us when he left i thought Mildy played in the same youth team as my son - Pinehurst! Only for grooming purposes Thirty five is the new twenty five isn't it Batch. I'm only a few months behind though What with the baby waking at 3am and this cold that I have (that would kill normal mortals) 35 is the new 55.

He did go to Villa for trials when he was about 14, but I think it got put on the backburner due to logistical problems. Terry Wollen advised Town to give him a chance IIRC.

Well, yesterday a player with a white face and red cheeks went in and today the discriptions got a little better but not much...a goal keeper and defender, one was white one was black, one of which went to art school apparently!
I thought it was just a couple of classes, but they have been taking the whole school assemblys. i think its great.

Back to the original point though. It is brilliant that the Club are doing this kind of thing and yet more evidence, were it needed, that Fitton & Co know exactly what they are doing.
Top drawer.
