Anyone watch this last night?

I thought it started off ok, will be interesting to see what the series carries on like. Most of these killer virus end of the world thriller type things end up being a complete let down.

Got me thinking though, I'd love it if I survived a global disease epidemic like that. I'd go looting, get myself a load of guns and shit and set myself up a little fort somewhere and just live off the land. I got quite carried away thinking about all the ace things I'd do.

It's following the original series almost exactly so far, although some of the characters are different or new especially the chap who was in prison. The original character for him was err, somewhat different  Cheesy

If we're talking about the 1970's series I used to really enjoy that. Missed yesterday's episode.
As far as I remember it was a typical BBC drama series, fairly idealistic and needed a fair number of reality checks, but there were a lot of morals - capital punishment - modern medicine - setting up a new currency based on petrol etc, involved in the plot. Very much a case of communities v individuals.

I watched it. Don't think it's going to be all that great but I will try and keep up with it.

Does anyone remember 'The Last Train'.
