I've got a swollen bollock, docs reckon it could be twisted.
I wish it on noone, it is the worst pain ever, I cant do anything, even walking hurts at the moment.
I hope these antibiotics fucking work.

It's not definately twisted, so if the antibiotics don't sort it, which it doesn't look like they will. I think they'll say it's definately a twist.
