I've always wondered where this 'good times' & 'bad times' has come from, everyone seems to be saying it at the moment.

Its one of those new crazes like FTW and EPIC FAIL.

Or "mint" - or saying "Is it" when not appropriate within the context of a conversation.

Example

"I'm going out later"

... I've done my fair share of moving and I've experienced this phrase in the the South West and North East.
