I think I'm missing something here. I know he's raising some money for cheridy and stuff, but does he pay the club to warm up with the team?
Just seems a bit wierd?
He won a silent auction at the end of season dinner. The minimum bid was £1,000 or £1,500 to get a non playing Football League Contract, warm up with the team, sit on the bench, Be in the team photo etc... Get the number 69 etc and train wtih the team I think.

I can kind of understand this Marsh bloke wanting to do the oldest-mascot-in-town gig. If he's paid the club some money to do what he does, fair play to the club. It's him taking it so seriously that gets on my tits. He ought to have some fucking dignity and knock it on the head. 442, the players, staff etc must be pissing themselves that a grown bloke could make such a cunt of himself, week in, week out. I never realised he did the fucking warm down as well. Some folk have no shame

It only cost a grand?? Fuck, someone at the club sold themselves short there. I'd have thought the whole season would be worth at least 10k. Maybe Mex can outbid Marshy next season and don the speedo's etc

watch the opposition players when the teams do their pre match handshakes.most of em as soon as they shake the hand of marsh do a double check and look over their shoulder in disbelief. the bloke then has to sit on a bench next to the stewards in the pissing rain soapy tit wank
