I've seen worse. Bit of a homer though, gave some pretty baffling decisions against our lot.

We've been back an hour or so now - ref was awful yet again.
Great display by team, Cox was brilliant as was Phil Smith.

I thought the stewards and police were heavy handed and needn't have gone in like they did.  I felt they weren't interested in calming things down and were looking for a fight.

Their goalie Murphy was a disgrace and I hope he gets what's coming to him - mouthy arrogant git.  The police said he is being reported.  If enough people complain then hopefully he will be really in the shit.

Radio said their first goal wasn't a free kick, second was off side and third was after one of theirs should have been sent off.

Also said the paynter pen was a bit soft.

Can't remember the incident for the first goal, you're right on the second, never a free-kick and couldn't see if the last was offside as it was up the other end of the pitch. Paynter penalty was soft, never saw us getting that.

Larwood's a great name, by the way.  It immediately puts me in mind of Harold Larwood, the England and Nottinghamshire fast bowler who gained notoriety during the 'bodyline' Ashes series in the 1930s.

Maybe so.But you don't know him or who he hangs about with.Don't get me wrong he's not like an extra from ID but he hangs about with people who are,or who like to think they are.

All i know is he won't be home tonight  Sad

Still good result, seems we've finally turned the corner. Can't see Cox staying though.

I'M HOME!

Fantastic game today, thoroughly enjoyed it. Phil Smith was excellant, as was Coxy. Disappointing turnout from Swindon, but those who were there made themselves heard.

Murphy is a cunt.

TBF Paul, having dug ourselves into a deep hole, we needed something like this, our current form is staying up form and no more. We're still only 3 points away from the drop zone, so still plenty to do.

Histon has all the makings of a nightmare.....Leicester should be fun.
Woosh! The point I was making was that both reactions are equally over the top. We're no more likely to get promoted than we are relegated this season

Larwood, hope the old man's all right. From what others have said, does sound like the coppers went well OTT.
