Could hear town fans on the radio pretty much throughout, helped that the commentary box was towards your end, but certainly didn't hear scunts fans.

Yes.My other STUPID FUCKING HALF as already mentioned.
He might not be charged but he's stuck in Humberside for the rest of the night isn't he?I have no idea what is going on,i have work tomorrow and won't be able to sleep for worrying about him and all cause the keeper might have called them names ffs.
Technically, no. The much unloved county of Humberside was abolished in the local government reorganisation of 1996. The territory that used to fall within its boundaries now, for the most part, forms parts of East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. This, of course, will be of no comfort to your other half.

Don't do that. They'll take it out on your other half when they beat the statement out of him later

I'm sure they would appreciate that.
I think you can still get a Thamesdown bus in Swindon. Same sort of thing.
Seriously, Larwood (never realised you were a Doris, by the way) I hope your fella makes it out quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Can't have been a pleasant day for you.

Sounds like things just boiled over. I guess to get anyone they'd need the CCTV and if it shows the stewards/coppers dishing a bit out first may work in his favour?
At least it's only Scunthorpe and not some dodgy prison in Turkey. I'm sure he'll get back fine. On the bright side, you won't have to cook him dinner tonight.

Larwood's a great name, by the way. It immediately puts me in mind of Harold Larwood, the England and Nottinghamshire fast bowler who gained notoriety during the 'bodyline' Ashes series in the 1930s.

Just got back. Thought we showed brilliant tenacity and team spirit to lose a lead and fall behind twice, and keep going. Signs of good team spirit and I think we can be very pleased wit hthe performance today.
However. Set pieces - its been said time and time again, but we really need to improve on our defending.
Also, Hertha I left you a present in the back of your car, hope you like ready salted crisps!

I've seen worse. Bit of a homer though, gave some pretty baffling decisions against our lot.

Radio said their first goal wasn't a free kick, second was off side and third was after one of theirs should have been sent off.
Also said the paynter pen was a bit soft.

Sorry, just trying to lighten the mood as you are understandably upset. He'll be home safe and sound tomorrow, remember it was all their keepers/stewards/police fault!
