Been Lorying around West Wales for 2 days,5 hour drive to Haverford West yesterday, took a buffeting over the bridge, finaly got there too late for delivery, which was on a farm in the welsh outback...anyway after making contact with the guy who was too unload me next morning the word Deliverance and the instrument Banjo come too mind! So after having a pee and leaving the cab door open ajar for a moment i got back into find the cab full of moths and flys buzzing around the lights....took about half hour to get rid of them,by then i was so knackered i fell asleep in the drivers chair for an hour. Finaly i made bed about midnight...fuk me it was like feeding time at the zoo,horses,sheep,goats...i even heard a frog...5 hours of intense noisyness ensued untill i finaly dozes of about 5am. Next thing i know a voice with a rich welsh twang is waking me up..Driver, Driver ize needs to unload you! After cleaning the teeth ime met with the rural welsh good morning or as Jethro put it God you look like shit..youze eyes are like piss holes in the snow. After stopping off for another delivery in Bridgend and a bacon bap that was still squeeling i made my way back home through the bridge tolls i thaught how incredibly lucky i was to pay 16 quid for the privelidge of a night in West Wales!
