I called sky today to move to Sky BB & Sky Talk from TalkTalk and they told me that I can't move unless I cancel my line and go back to BT and phone Sky again to connect.

Woman on the phone said they was not able to take talktalk customers.

Surely as they both uswe the LLU scheme it dosen't make a difference.

Anyone come across this before ?

I don't really want to cancel as that would leave us without a phone or broadband at home so not ideal.

It doesn't sound right to me though.

It wass true but have a look here, I don't think you will be without phone but maybe without BB.

It may have changed since then though. Look at the last post in this thread.

Bear in mind BT are now charging a £140 reconnection charge as well.
