CGH was empty saturday,i got served right away,Holloway is an off the cuff kind of guy and has footy running through his veins,at Port Vale some years ago our match was called off ,we wernt happy as it was only an hour before kick off....Holloway made a point of chatting and having a laugh with the Town fans..he was there scouting.
He isnt a manager probably had some buisness in Swindon and decided to see the match and thats all really.

Picture the interview "So Mr Holloway, if we were to offer you the job, how do you think we'll do in this division/who do you think would be the first signings you'd need to make/who's the key teams we've got to get past to achieve promotion etc?" "Oooh, dunno. Not watched a lot of games at this level of late. Give us a couple of weeks though and I'll plough through re-runs of the Championship and I'm sure I'll be fine"

Did anyone else hear BBC Radio Swindon saying they tracked him down to Wiltshire Hotel in Swindon when they spoke to him he didn't wish to comment on why he was here. I reckon he either wants the job or some approach has been made. Fittons supposed to have said he was there of his own accord.

I cannot for 1 minute think that Hollway has been approached, more than likely as Paul D suggest he is taking in a game,  and it just so happens it was 2 teams that have got managers that are under pressure with their jobs possibly being vacant in the near future and it gives him an advantage having seen the respective teams in action.

I think Fitton should get on the blower to Holloway ask him his thoughts on Sat what he would have done different compare what he says against what MM says - and sack MM

Fair play though to Holloway for not commenting as whatever he said would more than likely have been twisted anyway by the press to the point where he was there for an interview.
