With all the negativity around at the moment I just wanted to remind myself that what ever happens next season, you can never give up hope...

Until things are mathematically impossible of course, then you just go out and get smashed..

This was the most amazing day,one of the best ever [which is a pretty depressing thing to say].It has to be the only time i've seen a football miracle,we really shoud have gone down that season. We came out afterwards just knowing we were going to stay up in spite of rovers having 2 games in hand, you don't score winning  goals in the last minute and go down!Thank you Wycombe !

there must have been seconds to go when he scored that volly.

i was in the crazy corner of the nationwide and everyone was just jumping around hugging each other.

Cheesy  Cheesy  Cheesy  Cheesy  Cheesy

Happy days.

I was at the front of the nationwide for that game, down at the straton bank end. I was dancing on the pitch with about 15 others after it hit the back of the net.

Is my memory correct - Reeves scored an own goal earlier in that game after a total cock up with the keeper? (cant remember if it was mildy or bart)

He really did let Reeves out of jail with that wonder goal.

I was in the Town End when we scored that own goal, I don't think i've ever felt lower, then all of a sudden when all hope is lost Danny Boy pulls out a volley worthy of the World Cup Final.

Football eh? It's a funny old game. Cool

Correct..

Of all the things to do on a day like that.. If I remember correctly McKenzie wasn't even putting Reeves under a lot of pressure..
