Managers like King and MM still have produced some good performances, I honestly can't think of one entertaining decent result under Iffy.

Swindon 4-2 Bournemouth. That was a good one. Peacock's first home game for us.

We beat the Shitheads 2-1 live on Sky...never a bad scoreline to have on your CV.

 A very sweet Friday night

Was that under Iffy?  The City match?  I can't remember the Bournemouth match, must have missed that.

Yeah i was going to mention the City match as well. It was under Iffy. Johnson had just taken over for them as well. That was a great first half. One of the few we actually looked good in that season.

Oh yes...Iffy did alright for tyro manager taking on a difficult task...he was basically fucked though when we sold Fallon. Losing Paul Smith and then losing at home to Rotherham is what royally screwed us.

Maurice MALPAS

Just saw this did not realize that Malpas has managed nearly as many games as Iffy did Eek

What are those percentages supposed to represent?

what about the Colchester match under Iffy where Fallon scored the last minute winner. We completely outplayed them that game and they got promoted.....still reckon if we had kept Fallon we would have stayed up as he was on fire at that stage.

We drew ourselves into contention with the win over the Gills, only to slump badly. Everyone except me blames Cureton.

After that we rose to 16th had that previously mentioned Rotherham game, were 2-0 or 2-1 ahead and then just imploded. Losing 3-2...the morale sapping consequence of that ws teh infamous Forest game. Why did it happen...we'd just one 3 out of 4 with a decent point in the other?  Fuck knows, but we never recovered.

We were 1-0 ahead and then 2-1 ahead and yes we imploded and showed no bottle. Rottherham were on th brink financially then as well. That was the turning point. Then there was Franchise at home which we lost 1-0 with them famously scoring a minute after Shakes missed an absolute sitter one on one with their keeper.

Of course Rotherham have paid the penalty for getting together a side which they couldn't afford...that was one season where by his own admission Diamond Mike tried to balance the books....hence a string ofloan players and a cheapskate managerial appointment when King paid the price...
