Who has underachieved most this season?

quite different to the worst player poll.

I'd go for ifill, who after joining us on a permanant basis for a massive (by our standards) £70k, has' played large sections of this season as if he is the man with no brain.

Honourable mentions go to Igoe, Evans and Fallon.

Igoe, just not happened for him at all.  Should really be a a big player at this level but just doesn't seem to be producing the goods week in week out.

All of them! There's 8 out of 11 first teamers up there, says it all really.

thats what I was thinking when I was doing the poll. It could be the whole first team squad apart from Parkin and Smith

I wouldn't say O'Hanlon has underachieved really, he's been as solid a defender as you can expect at this level really, only problem is that the rest of the team has been slacking somewhat, so any mistake he has made has shown up more that they might have if we had other players we could rely on to bail their team mates out.

I go for Igoe.  He's been completely gash this season, barring one shot against Bradford.

I thought about grouping him with Parkin and Smith, but for me he has still been below his best this season although by a smaller margin than the rest of em

Bit unfair to vote for Migz.  I know I'm pro-Migz but he has been out for most of the season.  Then when he came back he was playing in a shit team.  I think Gerrard would have struggled to look good in our midfield whilst trying to regain his fitness.

Yeah, suppose I might aswell answer the question.

Igoe for me has to be the one, Ifill has at least shown on some occassions what he is capable of, Igoe hasn't - he really seemed to be going through the motions all season.

I voted for Igoe.  Being introduced as 'the showman' before each and every home game without exception has only served to highlight how poor he's been this season.

Evans for me.Last season I thought we were really lucky to get him-but hjs form this season (especially at his near post) has led me to think I wouldn't be sorry if he left.Igoe second for all-round lack of effort and general crapness

Agreed - Evans is very over rated.
