Tesco's bacon, ham and tomato tortellini with green pesto sauce and some coriander...fucking lush. I'm stuffed now!

Lovely, this is what I made on Saturday night for Munchy food:

Fry some chopped onions with some chopped jalapeno peppers, add some cumin powder, mix in a tin of tinned tomatoes.

Now grate some cheese.

Once the paste of onion etc is cooked empty a pack of tesco mini popadoms onto a large plate.

cover the popadoms with the paste, then sprinkle the grated cheese over the lot.  Put the plate in a pre-heated oven, around the 180c mark, and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Take the plate out of the oven, et voila, a superb nacho type snack, with a curry twist - yummy!
