Cheers Dell, I'll have a butchers.
I've just come off the site, you will need to register and give a password, pretty limited betting at the moment, it seems all the pre-season odds have gone. You can still get the divisional betting but that's about it. Leicester for instance are now 11/4 favourites, Swindon are 40/1. It is probably best to go to Bet365 for more odds.

Billic will get the job. i think he quit because the board sold 2 defenders in Ferdinand and Mccartney to Sunderland with out Curbs knowing. he done alright job there he saved them from relegation and bought Injury plague players on high wages. I.e Dyer, Ljungberg, Neill.

What on earth is going on at West Ham? just seen they have 2 people in charge of buying and selling players because they wanted to protect themselves from Managers leaving! what's the point in that if they bring in a Manager who doesn't like the players, he'll just not pick them and you've wasted the money. You'd surely use the Manager to guide the policy, even in the Continental set-up with a DofF. Then you see that they've gone and appointed a Transfer Advisor, none other than the chap who stitched them with Tevez and Mascherano. I thought they had tried to use the courts on him and now he's advising them on transfers.

I'm just glad we didn't end up with Rufus Brevitt as "sporting director".
I think I could have quite easily called it a day. One of the bizarre things a year ago, was that some were so keen to see the back of Newbury, that it ws a case of anything else would do.
I think it's worth remembering, how close we came to absolute disaster.

No, it was a case of if that was the only option then it was better than extinction. I think we are all glad things worked out as they did. What happened to Best Holdings and their interest in Tranmere/Coventry/whoever?

Well personally I'd have rather had Diamandis still running the club than letting the Portugeezers near it.

Right. I mean, how would we have got a road-marking machine over to Portugal?
