TEF's got Talent

You may remember I bored you all last year with an offer to be Michael Pook...well kinda.

Each year we play in a tournement in Leeds (see http://www.worldnet.org.uk/).  This year we did very well in the group stages (2 wins, 1 draw, no goals conceded), but lost to the cup winners Bury on the Sunday.

Anyway, a few of you expressed an interest last year, so I thought I'd try again.

We play 11 a side matches (15 minutes each way) against supporters team from England and Scotland mainly, but teams have also come over from Lens, Inter Milan, AEK Athens, Nigeria (some nigerian Arsenal fans), for example.

The event next year will take place on the weekend of 17/18/19 July (mainly drinnking on the Friday, no football) and will cost £85 for entry and 2 nights B&B.  £20 will be needed to confirm entry by 1 November 2008, with the balance to be paid by 1 May 2009.

So, after today...any of you lot do better?  Wear the red, represent the Town, go whoring in Leeds (if you want).  You don't need to live in Swindon, btw, and you don't have to be male.  Obviously, I have no idea what the female equivalent of whoring is, but you're more than welcome to do that if you like.
