Reg I repeat!!!!

"there is no doubt whatsoever about the game going ahead tonight despite some light rain in Wiltshire on Tuesday lunchtime"  OWS, it's Gospel man, "no doubt, whatsoever"
It may be Gospel but did they allow for the semi-Biblical style rain/hail storm? I'd swear there was frogs and locusts coming down in that fucker

Paul it was just a bit of light rain.  Which is funny because looking out the window from where I was sat it looked like the heavens had opened up.

My mistake. I tend to get carried away with light showers cos being norvern, I'm not used to unsunny weather like you southerners. Oh. Still bloody glad I wasn't out in it, mind

We've just employed that canoe slalom medallist to ferry things across the car park at our place.

I'm sure it'll be fine although you'll have to be a salmon to get up to the back of the DRS stand I expect.

(Its chucking it down again as at 4.40)

Just out of interest, with all the work done on the pitch in pre season, do you think they improved the drainage (sp?) system? If they have they may be right on the game going ahead no matter what...depends on what they have done to the pitch mind.

we'll lose on penalties after a 1-1 draw...

I decided that rather than drive to the CG to get my ticket id walked, nice bit of exercise....about 15 minutes from home and then a thunder storm, lovely...
