Bottle of blend? Hmmmn. I'm not a great whiskey drinker but I do like a drop of single malt. I'd save that stuff to put with coke, but that's just me.
But if it's free then it'll taste much better!!

There are some nice whiskeys that smell like TCP!! Can never remember the names, but me and my old man finished a bottle of the stuff off one night at the White Horse in Compton (Bassett).

To be fair I've only ever tried the one from Islay and it was vile. Can't remember its name though.

I've got a bottle of Ardbeg, which is a fine Islay malt....tastes peaty which I like, as it somehow conjures up images of the islands of the west coast of Scotland, which are stunningly beautiful.

Islay malts do tend to have a TCP tang to them. Whic I love. Laphroaig is my top tip. Lagavullin a close second. Lidl do some good quality single malts for sensible money if you fancy testing the water (so to speak)
