i'll admit to having a quick scratch of the head after hearing that intense booing while GB are out in China as a unit. strange state of affairs.
Come on fellas don't be naïve (sp), if at anytime Rule Brittania is sung in Glasgow it's always going to be booed by a good 40/50% of the population. The Ulstermen knew what they were doing singing that, and it got the reaction it deserved. If during the Ryder Cup England played Germany I'm sure the wembley crowd would do anything but respect the german national anthem. On a side note I'm sure I read somewhere that Rule Brittania was written as a bit of a piss take back in ye olden days, not sure how true that is though.

couldnt handle the southpaw, seemed to completely forget his jab and appeared to be quite content to walk on to shots.

The combination of young ladies showing off their suppleness and rhythmic abilities whilst juggling with things is ace.

Jamaica Jamaica!
Another world record for Usain, but the glory leg went to Asafa this time.
It would have been nice to have seen them taking on the US and GB in the final, but that wasn't to be,this time.

I used to do rhythmic gymnastics when I was little - it was very big in the 80's - I bet birdy or Miss angry might remember "get in shape girl"

Bugger! "They" have overtaken us for 3rd place in the medal table.
Still, unless I see it on CNN it's not true.

Yep. Looked like we were cheated good and proper. If it was against anyone else but China I'd give the judges the benefit.

Bloody right too. The Chinese trying to pull a fast one on us hoping they would get away with it because it's Beijing.

This is ace!!!!! Come on!! It's all kicking off, not very sporting of the Chinese at all. Tbf she won it fair and square, the kick landed it's not her fault the judges should have gone to specsavers!
