God anyone else had mosquitoes in their houses tonight?

Ive been bitten and flattened one already and ones still buzzing about, they are HORRID!  Crying

Ummm not sure, my house is spotless and no damp whatsoever!

Theres quite a bit of greenery about outside though!

I'm allergic to them if i get bitten on feet or hands, get really bad swellings , this only started happening a few years ago

 Mosquitoes like to breed in damp places...ditches, ponds, swamps etc. with climate change  we seem to be getting these warm wet summers which mosquitoes love. As Swindon gets increasingly concreted then more low lying areas are becoming prone to flooding, and so damp areas.

Fact of the day: STFCLady does not like Marmite, and certainly does not have it on toast.

Mosquitoes don't like Marmite either.

Supplementary fact of the day: Guinness Marmite wasn't quite the "limited" edition it was cracked up to be, as all breweries skim the top off their ales and send them to Marmite.

It is called 'yeast extract'.
