sturrock was an excellent manager for us.i aint going but would clap him if i was.
he came out in support of the old board.so what?they were his employers and might have leaned on him a bit?and he was hardly going to run them down, was he?he went back to the place where his family home is.and a club in a higher division etc, etc.
fair play to him

I'm not going. I probably wouldn't react in any way if I did.

Sturrock didn't dump us at the first opportunity. He could have gone to Leicester. He still left but to his 2nd favourite club (other being Dundee ofcourse) If someone offered Colin Calderwood the Swindon job I'd expect he would do the same.

Sturrock was never offered the Leicester job - FACT

As for Calderwood, having spoken to Colin about this very subject yes he would love to manage here "one day" but he would not leave Forest to take a step down a level

And Sturrock....he done well in getting us promoted when it could have gone pear shaped I will aknowledge the bloke but would start jumping up and down and shouting his name, I would merely be polite.

I'd like to run over and try and shake his hand, whilst mine are full with cigarettes and Guinness.
