Thought it should get it's own thread. The other one is getting a bit long.

So will the total price for ST's bought between now and 11th August be £229 or £269 (as opposed to £369)?

Edit: Just seen on the OS under CAN YOU HELP ...? it says you will save £40 0n the second instalment, so the £229 price is extended ... apparently?Huh?

That's a very generous amount of time. If we get >5k I'll be happy.

Great marketing from the club.  The possibility of crossing the 5,000 line this weekend sounds very positive in the release.

I know we keep saying it, but it's brilliant to see the club now run by competent football people, rather than the self-interested freak show that preceded them.

Great to hear. We are already at around 4,900 so there's every chance we could yet do it

Personally id extend it further as well. If we have a good start the season it might convince a few more people to buy them....

They need to do a (this shows my age) National Trust style "join today and get your admission price back" type promotion for the Trannie game if you ask me. The gate'll be good on the first home game of the season and if people like what they see it might help pull in another couple of hundred sales.

A damn good idea sir !
I'm still convinced that some who go to matches don't realise how the deal works. Even some who post on this site don't know all the details.
I would recommend that the club get some volunteers to help the club out with promoting the deal on match days we have between now & the deadline. They could either appeal direct, or through the TRUST/ supporters club.
They could also get some bods to drop leaflets through letter boxes. en masse.

i think some don,t realise how good the the family ticket deal is.1 adult plus 1 kid £298 if 6000 reached add another kid then its £299- £1 for a S/T what a bargain. Also you can choose wich area you would like to sit ,not being surrounded by loads of screeching kids.

People have had long enough to sign up now, and 6000 wasn't achieved. End it now, and just let people pay a premium on matchdays if we do well...

OS states ticket office is open on Monday until 5 pm only.  Thought they would have extended it with the Plymouth game kicking off later!!  Wonder if that is an error?
