Nine years before I was born but it still makes the hairs in the back of my neck stand up every time I watch it.

The past only exists in the minds of those who remember it.

We won the World Cup in 5000BC too.

The worst linesman decision in history has surely got to get a mention here.  Good to see you boys have ignored it so far.  If it had happened against you you'd still be crying about the injustice of that decision to this day.

Exactly, that's my point you need to get over those two precise moments that some people can't let go.  Maradona scored a goal with his hand, works against england.  Spain score a legimate golden goal in the 1/4 finals of euro 96 but it gets disallowed, works for england.  That's footie!!

Oh and did you not notice the two fishin posts directly under my original post?Huh?Huh?Huh?

Does this count as a catch?

If Ryan Giggs played for England instead of Wales we would have won it again a few years back.

Maybe you can only timetravel back to what people can rememeber.

Or maybe not only the past exists, but all possible pasts, and presents. All the different quantum variations. In which case we've won every world cup as much as we've won the one world cup. Who's to say which past exists the most?

Or what if our observed range of quantum entanglement is all that is set, and everything else is a range of probabilities until observed. Like that cat in the box.
