I keep getting spam emails for a product that may help you.

Other than that no.

if you're feeling tired for no particular reason for a long time then i'd see your doctor.

I was (and still am) and I did. They said there was nothing wrong with me.

As axe says go see you're GP. Fatigue can be down to any number of things, anemia, underactive thyroid ......... . Might be nothing at all but at least a couple of blood tests could rule a few things out for you

Fogster, just like most have already said, you really do need to see your GP.
The podging might not effect your contidition of course - is it over in seconds by any chance?

Ignore them fogster. They want you to go to the doctor because they've been brainwashed. Doctors secretly drug people up to make everybody work super hard. It makes everybody unhappy and live shorter lives, but people don't notice because they think it's normal.

I haven't been to the doctor for nearly a decade, I'm not letting them get me.
