There are so many onlike poker sites out there now, i tend to use party poker, as its what i started with and have got used to it, its easy to use, plus its full of dead money and donks. Pokerstars is a good one, though i didint get on with the setup/layout of the software Full tilt poker is probably one of the most reputable ones, endorsed by many big poker names, daniel negraneu, gus hansen etc etc. PKR is another good one, nice layout, easy to use.
The ones above are probaly the most popular, but there ware ones such as william hill, betfair, mansion, titan and the list goes on and on.
If you are just starting out in online poker, i would avoid pokerstars for now, start with either PKR or Party poker, then move onto full tilt and pokerstar.
I tend not to play much online anymore, due to loosing my whole bankroll which took 12 months to build up, so i swear im cursed.
Just beware, online poker is nothing like live. You will loose money to start with until you get to know how people play, start off small stakes, and build it up.
