Anyone see that last night?Kevin Horlock looked good for West Ham who won it-Mooney played for Watford who reached the final and the incredibly rotund Kevin Dearden and equally porcine Gareth Hall played for Spurs and Chelsea respectively

I watched the end of it. After reading the Kings Lynn managers comments (wasn't as good as what he already had) I expected Horlock to be a little bloated but he looked in good shape and played well.

Rufus Brevett was there, as was David Tuttle & David Lee. Didn't Gareth Davies play for Palace too?

It is a shame that there is no Masters in this region where Swindon could enter a team

Digby, Taylor, Kilcline, Bodin, Robinson, Horlock, Hazard, Moncur, Mcloughlin, Shearer, Maskell

I think the above should be a decent enough team and probably the sort of ex player that would get involved in something like that

we'd have to steal Mark Walters though, he usually bangs them in, in the masters!

Does anyone know who else has gone through to the grand final?

I only know that Bristol City, Middlesbrough, Leicester, West Ham and the mighty us have gone through thus far.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think Macca could play anymore, think his knees are fooooked these days.

Swindon could play in the western group with Swansea, Rovers, City and Cardiff

Maybe next year they will - it always seems to be expanding and the four team competitions tend to be quite dull.

The only reason it's held in Cardiff is the lack of a suitable venue in the South West.
