It says that you have to get them out one at a time so you can put collars on them, like the one the red one has got on, the red one which came out first by itself.

 The instructions aren't hard, you know, the ones which use simple punctuation and short sentences, so that they can easily be understood by children. The ones I made sure I caught each screen of.

I think the witch only comes if you try to throw something once you've ran out of it, so don't be scared of using your last one of something. Doesn't matter anyway, as you've got 2 each of all of it.

if they sometimes come out i assume it's random as to whether they do come out or not, and as three can possibly come out each time (1 loves and 2 sometimes) how can you say which to use?

or am I missing something very obvious? (likely)
