Nope. Crying at football is shameful.

Football pales into insignificance when you think about the real world. Yes I love Swindon and their my club but them getting relegated is not on the same level as losing a loved one.

Other than that I just generally sulk and/or get angsty.

I must admit to getting emotional when A.F. first pulled out during the take over saga though.

I also cried the other night when I managed to get Menthol in my eye, but I'm not sure that counts.

Crying as a wee nipper though Dave is different, as you don't know how to react.  What did you used to do when you didn't get your own way as a little one - cry (probably) so what do you do if your team lose - cry.

But as a grown man it's a bit different.  As Rich P says the Leeds fans who cryed on Sunday were a disgrace.  There was one mid twenties chap absolutely cracking up about it, real over the top crying like he'd just seen his mother raped and butchered.  FFS man get a grip it was only a L1 play off final!!!

Sorry Guys,,,,dont agree,everyone is different,ive cried at footy,when we lost in the semis at Bolton i shed a tear,to some people footy is life and death.....ime not a real royalist but i got upset when Diana died along with millions of others,they cant all be soft,weve all got different levels of emotion,and it seems i must have a low threshold for it!

You cried when Diana died???   My God man, that was one of the most embarrassing weeks for Great Britain in our history!!  What a nation of pansies we looked!!  I never did get the nation's infatuation with her.  I suppose the media did a good job on a huge number of the population as far as she was concerned.

An event like September 11 was far more emotional than some silly moo who wasn't wearing a seat belt dying in a car crash.

No it was not Jan. 9/11 was bought on from years of jumped up yank cunts trying to ride rough shot over all the nations and as bad as it was it was allways going to happen.

I was lucky to meet Diana at pmh where my nan worked and it was my nans birthday, Diana came in had a chat came back 5 mins later with a bunch of flowers and wished my nan happy birthday.

I think she was a lovely woman and think it is natural that some people cried over that.

You telling me seeing people have no choice but jump from xxx floor to their certain death was less upsetting than hearing about some bird die in a car crash?  Seeing the images of fireman risk their lives to try and achieve the impossible wasn't more emotional than someone die in an accident?

To me personally yes but to be fair each person has diffrent ways i suppose.When Helen Daniels died in neighbours my aunties were crying while i was in fuckin stitches
