I shall be purchasing 1 along with at least 4 other mates so add another 5 to the potential list, either June or July pay packet for me.

a line from "Talk of the Town" by the Pretenders?  My dilemma is as follows - I want to get a season ticket to support the 6k campaign and let the club have more dosh up front but as a product it doesn't fit my footy watching tendencies.  My lads have said they want to watch more games next year but realistically that will only be about 6 or 7 matches.  Unless we can all sit together it defeats the object as we have a great laugh but it's not worth getting them season tickets for that many games - even if I could afford it. Being down in Sussex I'll miss most midweek games.  I quite fancy doing a few VIP days if some of you are up for it.  Overall I'll put more into the club coffers by not getting a season ticket.  Obviously if we're a few short of 6k I'll get one  Cheesy

rbe, maybe worth looking at the family st - one adult and two kids for £299/£349. At standard matchday prices, it'll cost you £38 for the three of you, so at 299 if you take the kids to 8 games any games you attend after that you're quids in; at 349 it's 9 games then you're on top. Even if you think you might not take the kids to that many games, you don't need to attend too many extra yourself before it starts making a lot of sense e.g if you take the kids to 5 games, that's 5x38=190, so at 299 if you then attend 6 games yourself (120 quid so 310 overall) you're ahead.

Thanks for doing the sums!  As the lads are 19 and 17 I'm not sure they qualify as kids on the family ticket.  At the moment I pay full whack for the eldest so the under-21 ticket price will help.  Will have a look on the OS

Ah. Crap. Ignore that then. Yeah, you're probably looking at the "Young Adult" ticket prices then. You can do those sums yourself, I'm wiped for the day  Cheesy
