Is there any truth in the rumour we were thinking of letting Prospect/MacMillan (i can't remember which) be our shirt sponsor for free?

I wouldn't have thought so as at this level Shirt sponsorship is another form of much needed income.

I wondered about that a while ago. Would help to get the club a positive image in Swindon and promote a very worthy charity.

If it's good enough for Barca...............................

I can see it on the back of the shirt, but surely not the main sponsor - as said we need the cash too much.

Too right we need the money, have you seen the little paragraph on the OS saying that if you feel the season ticket prices are too low you can always donate money to the club..we sound like a bloody charity.

Barca actually pay £1m a year for the privilege of having UNICEF on their shirts!

This is of course the first time that Barca have had a shirt "sponsor".
