Looks like they are writing SWINDON on the Don Rogers Stand.

Presumably because they couldn't get all red seats  Cool

I'd have thought the priority was the Arkells stand - once they replace all the multi coloured mish mash of seats in there the ground will actually look a lot less tatty - in my opinion!

Nice to see something being done to the stadium though after years of neglect!  Cheesy

I have been told that they aren't replacing the seats, but in fact painting them all red.

You heard it here first.

I thought we had bought a load from Man Utd?  Fitton defo mentioned it a month ago or so.

And is it me or do the "S W I N D O N" letters look a little on the thin side?  Especially the wubble u.

The DR will look better with "Swindon" rather than STFC. It already looks better even with a half finished "w". I hope they replace the different coloured seats in the Arkells with red ones. And great to see the pitch being done. Good all round.

And of course when Swindon gets city status the football club can change name accordingly with the minimum of fuss.

At the fans forum it was mentioned we had contacted clubs about red and white seats... Not that we had actually got them yet. Although it would appear we have got some white ones now!

We should be able to replace some of the seats in the Arkells Stand as the white lettering will replace a lot of the original red seats
