I dont know where to get my season ticket next season.

How many Town Enders are moving to the Don Rogers or Arkells?

If there is a reasonable number staying in the TE then I imagine I'll stay as well,  but I'll be well hacked off if everyone fucks off, meaning crap view and no atmosphere :x

Hasn't the atmosphere in the townend getting a bit crap anyway? I can't say I went that much this season but the season before it was pretty poor, especially considering it was a promotion year. I can't see it getting any better with cheap DR/Arkells tickets.

Saying that though, I've got a feeling that next year the Town End might be the basis for lots of ticket offers and promotions and stuff. Would make sense. Might help boost the atmosphere for bigger games.

I hope all you regular Town Enders stay in the Town End.

I want to sit down and watch the game, if we get a mobbed with you lot in The Don Rogers you will all be standing up.

KEEP OUT!!

The way I have weighed it up Colin is realistically how many games next year will there be a good atmosphere in the town end 4-5? Is it worth the view in the town end for that amount of games?

The atmosphere in the town end last season was awful.  Sitting in the Arkells it was annoying how the away fans would outsing the TE.  Then I'd come on here and find people patting themselves on the back saying what a great job the TE did today etc.

I left the Town End last year and it was the best decision that was ever made for me

Finally decided I'm migrating to the Don Rogers.

The way I see it is this.

It'll be a bit crap sitting down all game, a bit crap atmosphere. But I figured it'll be just as risky going in the TE for the same reason, assuming a fair few migrate. So may as well go with the better view and facilities.

Whisper it quietly for some hang out here, but I'll miss the people I sit near in the TE. If they all came to the DR en-mass there would be no decision to be made.

Great misunderstood thread titles of our time - saw the topic and thought CT was arranging some kind of pre-season scrap between the two stands to decide which is better, Harry Hill style.

Back on topic, it's bad enough Fred's moved over with his loud Town End ways and peculiar titfers, we don't want any more of you riff-raff jostling us when we're trying to eat our prawn sandwiches

Paul I haven't been a townender for some time, Arkells for the last three seasons, much prefer the view and the half time refreshments.
