They are both quality players, but Holmes is better...
I was never as impressed with Holmes than I have been with MacNamee, AM sets the game alight at times. Holmes is good but lacks the MacNamee wow fsactor, I'll stick with what we've got. |

Holmes is not better than McNamee. No way. He hasn't got the same level of skill. Crossing is about the same i'd say.

Holmes is a much better crosses of the ball than McNamee, not as skilfull but can still beat a full back just as easily

Never rated Holmes as being anything other than a fast player who will put the work in. I haven't seen anything to suggest his crossing has improved at all since he was here, and back then it wasn't anything to write home about.
