Just read the following on that dodgy rumours website. It looks too specific to be made up, but I've never read anything on there that actually was true!!!
Yes, but it doesn't mean that they WON'T move... FACT x infinity.
Ritchie is wanted by clubs in the Championship and League 1. Ferry and Caddis are wanted by clubs in Scotland.
Rubbish eh? Ok, I'm David Groves - chairman of Marlborough Town FC and Swindon Town fan for many years (longer than you I suspect - ever heard of Ken Beamish...thought not).
Yes, most of the Swindon rumours I get are from the club or from long standing fans David Warren, Keeley Buck and Andy Neale). Keeley posted the one about staff being unhappy with Paolo and one of her's got removed (Searchlight wanted the FA to block Paolo's appointment as manager).
Keeley's b/f supports Liverpool and Danny Ward has recommended Swindon Town to Steve (they are good friends) and also Deale Chamberlain was linked but he is going to Cardiff if his dad becomes the GK coach.
So it's not all rubbish, it may not be what you want to see but far from rubbish. I could also post about the financial situation at The County Ground - but you wouldn't like it as it wouldn't be what you wanted to read....

Will take that with a pinch of salt, highly doubt a chairman would say such things and he claims David Warren is a source, and there are lots of rumours on there which name Warren as a sauce and have never seen one that has actually been true, it's probably someone on a wind up or that chairman is an utter Leon Knight

That makes so little sense. Get most of his rumours from the club or long standing fans? Are STFC in the habit of letting long standing fans hear the transfer rumours first? How long standing do you have to be to get this information? Anyone know/heard of the names mentioned? How can the staff be unhappy with Paolo - didnt he just bring them all along and give them a job? ...and why the fuck would a magazine think they could get the FA to block our managerial appointment? Who is Steve? |

Complete and utter bullshit. No one with any authority would even contemplate posting rumours on the internet. Realistically what would they get out of it? Also what staff are there to even be unhappy with Paolo? Bodin? Kate Cady? No don't think so. |

Anyone who uses the phrase "ever heard of Ken Beamish...thought not" on a forum must have strayed away from the Thisis site in a noble, but dangerous, quest to check out other regions of this new world wide web thing they keep hearing about on tv. We shouldn't laugh, this fella may be trapped in the transfer rumour website, having forgotten how to leave the page or turn his computer off. I hope his friends Dave, Keeley and Andy can reach him or it may be that we need to call in Derek Accorah to help him back to the other side.
