Jennison Myrie-Williams? Has this already been mentioned but bypassed me? Apparently on the subs bench for the ressies against Cardiff today http://www.swindontownfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10341~2305287,00.html

Just read on wikipedia and remembered about the balls up with Oxfrod. So ineligible to play anyway. I guess Danny is doing him a favour and giving him some match practice.

See Thomas has scored again for Cheltenham tonight...looks decent to me and young enough to get a lot better
Wonder if the Town would be interested.

the best and worst of danny invincibile

remember listening to this on bbc wiltshire. the game kicked off late because of floodlight failure and then it went to extra time... went bananas when i thought invincibile had scored the 'golden goal' to win... only to see the next day that parkins header was probably going in and invincibile was an idiot for going for it!

this footage has some amazing commentary by the way

Thunderung in at the back post at a trillion miles an hour, He got that big Senigalise forhead on that ball and thundered it goal bound! Clap

No thank you.  Another ageing defender who'd sit on the wagebill injured ala Hasney Aljofree....

Someone has just tweeted that

According to BBC Wiltshire #stfc are set to sign another striker today and he should be ready for the game tomorrow.

Oh the intrigue.

I am going to guess that it'll be a young fella from Palace. (Given Hart's stint as manager their last season)

He actually said that he "hoped" to sign a striker, there is a difference between hoped and set to!!  Whoever it is he will have a big job to score goals the way we were set up on Saturday!

I listened to Hart's interview on the way home from the match on Saturday.  He was asked about bringing in new players in and he just said we lacked a cutting edge in the final third.  He did say he was looking at adding to his attacking options but was very coy about the type of player in fact i don't even think he mentioned striker just attacking options

Hopefully Benyon coming back will help with the cutting edge part. He only got 2 and a bit games in before he got injured so that will almost be like a new signing, with a bit of luck he can get on the end of a few of these chances and start banging the goals in.

Fuck me its hard to type while clutching all these straws.

Adver now tweeting the following

Back from the CG - no new striker for tomorrow, says Hart. Benyon might make bench. No Pericard.
