Ok, so who is this fella who is 'hot property' we have on trial? Cameroonian player currently contracted to a Slovenian club.

Just got this through on email...

http://www.givemefootball.com/pfa-transfer-list

Not exactly a rumour but it shows who is available at the moment. Noticed that Chris Allen and Brez are on the list still.

With just the players on the first page you have everything you need for a 4-4-2 formation and two substitutes.

Must be pretty scary being an out of work footballer from the lower leagues at the moment.

Just to keep the pot boiling ... this from the comments on Advers match report last night.

jonalp83, swindon says...

I was lucky enough to be sat infront of Mr Fitton at today's game and he was discussing things with Nick Watkins and a mystery man from QPR...(Couldn't remember his name)the topic was strikers and how we needed one more! A direct quote was... 'the lad Berlin that played is near (near what I dont know), we have been offered a striker on loan but he is quite old and we have this guy on trial but is too expensive.. not sure if we can afford him'... unfortunately the full time whistle went at that point so not sure what else was said... Also a scout was sat next to me and marking down every thing that Mcnamee did in the game! Saw 2 shady looking african geezers in suits in the legends. I think they were Berlins agent. They were writing some stuff down, perhaps drafting one of those nigerian bank account emails Smiley

Billy Sharp officially on the transfer list, for what its worth...

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/s/sheff_utd/8173816.stm

He must be pleased that the likes of Doncaster and Barnsley are pursuing him...surely Swindons a lot more 'fun' and avant garde than those Yorkshire sink holes...

True but he is a Sheffield lad and always played in and around Yorkshire, the thought of moving down t' south probably fills his little head with dread.

I can't see him moving further than Doncaster IMO.

Northern Lad would imagine he will stay up there.... although maybe he is the "hot property" and as someone said he is a british player but we are using this as a smokescreen!!!! I would probably do (or attempt) to do a backflip if we signed him! Cheesy

I'd join you I think, perhaps we could have some kind of syncronised back-flipping exercise in the County Ground car park.... anyone else?

C'mon Sharpy, sign up, it would be worth it just to see this.... that, and the fact we'd have two Billy's upfront, now that would be fun!
