Exactly that😁
Is there a media blackout as haven’t seen anything about tomorrow’s game.

Not sure what to make of the love to sell Ameen..

Seems pretty rash to sell him to Norwich for a rumoured £250k, plus add ons for another £250k and a sell on when it was rumoured we were holding out for £1.5mil.. Always though £1.5mil was a tall order at this point but £250-£500k seems super cheap but more than what we’d get out of a tribunal I guess?

Realistically, a League Two player earning £1.5k to £2k a week on £80-100k a year maximum so sell now for £250k cash gives us room for two or 3 decent players..

It feels like selling the family gold to serve the here and now, but then he was out of contract next year and was never going to sign an extension, so probs a good move in balance..

I think what it boils down to with me, is that I wish Holloway would have sold earlier, in a position of strength rather than a position of weakness and necessity.

Just another dip on the Swindon Town rollercoaster and tomorrow is going to be ugly..

Not sure we ever had much of a position of strength with Ameen, he's never been on pro terms and only joined at 16. Fee rumoured seems pretty reasonable considering our negotiating position, obviously it would be better if he was happy to sign a pro contract to help us get a better deal but he isn't, so here we are.

1.5m for a scholar player with a handful of games? Seems somewhat fanciful.

He wasn't signing, so what do we do. Force him to stay and hope a tribunal gives us a good fee?

Im sorry but 1.5M for Ameen is laughable when you consider Ali Al-Hamadi went for 1M and scored 23 goals and actually looked like a complete player in League Two.

With Ameen you’re paying purely on potential.

Don’t mind that signing. Tall, commanding CB who’s extremely vocal. Concerns will obviously be with his age but I see this as different to the Hall signing.

Still 3 years younger than Flint- I think this is a good signing

A colleague is a Wycombe fan and rates Tafazolli.

He has even provided a song for him-

On the first day of christmas my true love sent to me, a Ryan Tafazolli.
On the second day of christmas my true love sent to me, two Tafazollis and a Ryan Tafazolli.
Etc Etc Etc.
