Is he related to Edward?

Joe Snowdon?

The versatile midfield player from a premier league club mentioned in the latest Moonraker article?

Would seem imminent given STFC twitter account.

Good to give a couple of released punts a second chance. Might get a gem, might not. Suck it and see.

I don't mind the principle but we do seem to have a lot of central midfielders. Jaxon Brown and Dylan Mitchell already fill that space surely?

Well the narrative in the Moonraker is that Brown will be sent out on loan. Who knows where Mitchells sits but i'd suggest with the number of midfield players joining he also will not be playing first team. Brown possibly has something post a loan spell, can't say i thought much of Mitchell.

Just the one year deal. Suppose he better show some promise this season…

Snowdon signed on a year deal confirmed.

Quote
Snowdon is largely an offensive midfield player, but adds the ability to play wide and is seen as one of the attacking players, having joined Town.

Last year on the Lids OS.

The 20-year-old, who can operate in a number of different positions across the midfield, has offered skill and versatility to the team since arriving in 2022.

Snowdon played 12 times in Premier League 2 last season, scoring four times. He also made a number of cup appearances and was crucial in supplying assists to his teammates as well.

Have we had a good Leeds youngster?

McGurk, flattered to decieve.
We had a winger when Wellens was here that scored a blinder on his debut and then was rubbish.

Jordan Stevens, fast but utterly useless went to Barrow, Bradford and Yeovil after us and is now at Ilkeston.

McGurk's career for me is a tragedy.  He has incredible skill, but for some reason he can't play to instructions.

For me he was a classic u23 player. Had skill, but needed the game played at a snails pace, and had no running of physicality to him. He sadly was never going to make it.
