Someone 'asserted' the budget has run out. It may well have, but don't panic until it becomes a thing.

PV mentioned that we’d made Bostock a good offer, and I’m assuming he would not have been cheap, that alone suggests the budget hasn’t run out.

Whether we get anyone decent (or more importantly in the areas we need) to spend it on is a different matter

It was probably a facetious comment that the budget had run out that people jumped upon.
Nevertheless the amount of people willing to completely ignore any off the field issues and continue to support certain people does bemuse me

Has it run out? Maybe. Maybe not. What is certain is 1500 less ST have been sold what’s that equate to? £400k+ There may lie your answer?

I didn't think we were 1500 down. More 500.

This is indeed possible, we seem to have very good relations with Swansea, Southampton and Brentford academies currently.

There was word that Boro had said we could have one of thier kids on loan as part of the Harley Hunt deal, but that was word of mouth and not directly from a club source so could be bollocks.

I’m not convinced one singular agent is going to have all the information about our transfer policy & budgets.

If it is this that you want i would probably not join a forum where there are differing views to be honest. I absolutely detest the happy clapper/doom merchant arguements that are constantly on here and twitter.

Some people are happy some people are not no need to constantly slag the other half off it just makes it a really shit experience being a fan on social media tbh. Seems a reasonable rumour, six months at Stockport without really establishing himself. Would fill that "Kemp/Payne" AM role, but obviously a long way short of the level of proven quality.
