It's possible his circumstances changed very recently, to be fair.
On a similar note of personal circumstances, I note Mark Kennedy's dad died in the week, poor guy. Probably not a great time to be starting a new job, I hope Bignot and Russell can take a decent amount off his plate.

Rumour is that Will Randall impressed in preseason but was told by Kennedy that there was no budget for him. Presume Jai Rowe the same? Seems kind of pointless them being on trial if there was never no budget. Cue the midfielder loan signings

I doubt that. If Jai Rowe was that impressive he wouldnt have signed for Boston. He would have signed for a rival L2 side.

Not true. Randall didn’t impress me in any of the pre season games I saw him play in he wasnt good enough. Dunno about Rowe, Bostock chose location rather than club

Moneys run out
Usual transfer window from Morfuni
A couple of decent signings
Several injury prone players we can get on the cheap .
Then cheap youngsters and desperate loan signings..
The Swindon Town plan..

Appease the social media clan early with a couple of signings that they pretend they have heard off. The brainless then claim it is a sign of investment from Clementes' crew and that people who question them are not real supporters. He saved the club don't you know.

Surely we aren't out of money yet. Not with the mumber of players released v number/caliber recruited.
If people are being told they, are they sure this isn't misinformation from the club?
I am of course assuming the playing budget is at least the same as last year.

Re. The Budget.
Has it run out? Maybe. Maybe not. What is certain is 1500 less ST have been sold what’s that equate to? £400k+ There may lie your answer?

Rumours, rumours, rumours!
Don't panic! Don't panic!
Someone 'asserted' the budget has run out. It may well have, but don't panic until it becomes a thing.

If the budget has, indeed, run out, then we will not make any more signings at all.
If we do make more signings then the ‘budget has run out’ bollocks will be proven to be just that.
Fuck me, the season hasn’t even started and the doomsayers are out in force. Give it a break FFS.

Well, no more net signings - we'd need to sell before we could buy. If we say, sold Khan and replaced him I guess that could be consistent with the budget being spent already.
It does feel a bit doomy but coming off the worst season in our history it's hardly surprising people are a little wobbly. If Glatzel goes there might well be a full meltdown!
